About Hedera

Hedera (HBAR) is a public network built on the hashgraph algorithm: instead of a chain of blocks, nodes exchange events and agree on the order of transactions within a few seconds. HBAR pays for every operation on the network, and fees there are pegged to the US dollar, staying at fractions of a cent.

HBAR is often withdrawn from exchanges into a personal wallet for staking: on Hedera, staking works straight from the wallet with no lock-up, so the coins can be sent at any moment.

A Hedera address works differently from most networks: it is an account ID made of three numbers separated by dots, such as 0.0.123456. The first two are almost always zeros, and the third is your account number. Many wallets show it with a checksum of five letters after a hyphen, such as 0.0.123456-vfmkw. The checksum guards against typos; the account itself is the part before the hyphen.

An account exists on the network only once it is created, and wallets do this during setup. Some wallets also show a 0x EVM address — an extra alias of the same account, or of one not yet created. A swap needs the 0.0.N ID: you will find it in the wallet settings or by looking up the EVM address in the HashScan explorer.

A personal wallet needs no memo. For HBAR deposits, exchanges usually give a shared account ID and a separate memo: without it the transfer reaches the exchange but not your balance, and only support can recover it. On Hedera the memo is a text field of up to 100 bytes; copy it exactly.

Hedera transfer fees are set in US dollars and charged in HBAR — fractions of a cent. Consensus is reached in 3–5 seconds, and from then on the transaction is final: there is no need to wait for extra confirmations as on blockchains.

Receiving HBAR requires no setup. Hedera network tokens (HTS) are a different story: before receiving one, the account has to be associated with that token. If you also expect tokens on this account, check that setting in your wallet.

The receiving address must be on the same network you chose in the form. An address from another network won't work — the transfer will fail.

Support

No. Registration, verification and documents are not required — all you need is the wallet address the funds will arrive at.

Available networks: Hedera. The network is chosen in the exchange form — make sure the recipient address belongs to the same one.

A Hedera account ID like 0.0.123456. If the wallet shows it with a checksum after a hyphen (0.0.123456-vfmkw), enter only the part before the hyphen in the form. A 0x EVM address does not work for the swap: you need the 0.0.N ID.

Hedera reaches consensus in 3–5 seconds and the transaction is final right away, so crediting HBAR is almost instant. The rest depends on the selected route.

Any coin in the catalogue — pick it in the "You receive" field. Popular Hedera directions are listed further down this page.

Not for a personal wallet. A memo is needed for exchange deposits: the exchange gives a shared account ID and your memo. Without the memo the deposit is not credited automatically, and only support can recover it.

The 0.0.N ID is usually in the settings or on the Receive screen. If it is not there, look up the EVM address in the HashScan explorer, which shows the account ID. If the account does not exist yet, create it in the wallet first.

Choose the coins, networks and amount. The service compares available offers so you can select a route and enter your receiving address. Review the terms, create the exchange and send funds to the provided address on the specified network. Processing is automatic, and you can track the exchange with its code in the same interface, without registering.

Open support on the site and provide your exchange code. This lets us find the transaction, check its stage and help with a delay, an error or the terms of a possible refund. Keep your code and transfer details. No account is needed to contact us; never send private keys or a seed phrase.
