Terms of use
Short and to the point. By using the service you agree to what is written below.

What we do
We pick an exchange route for your pair and amount and show the rate. From there the exchange is either run by us or handed anonymously to the partner who will run it: your name is not part of that handover, because we do not hold it either. We are not a bank, not a broker and not an investment adviser; we give no financial or investment advice.
What you do
You check the receiving address and the network before sending. A wrong address or a transfer on the wrong network is irreversible: a blockchain transaction cannot be recalled, and neither we nor the venue can bring those funds back.
Rate and amounts
The rate holds for a limited time and depends on the venue, the network and the amount; the final figure is visible before you send. Every pair has its own minimum and maximum — outside them the exchange is not created.
Checks on the venue's side
A custodial route may halt an exchange and request verification under its own rules — the venue's rules, not ours. The route type is stated in the form before you send, and the choice stays yours.
What we do not do
We open no accounts and hold none of your funds. We collect no documents. We do not serve anyone for whom exchanging cryptocurrency is prohibited by the law of their country — complying with local rules remains your responsibility.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We answer for our part: choosing the route, passing on the order and supporting you. We cannot be answerable for blockchain delays, for a venue's decisions, or for a mistake in the address you entered.
Changes
These terms may change; the date of the last update is at the top of the page. Changes do not apply retroactively to exchanges already created.
