How to Withdraw from Bybit in 2027 to Your Own Wallet: Steps, Fees and Limits

In 2027 you can withdraw crypto from Bybit to your own wallet in a few minutes: choose the coin and network, paste the address and confirm the withdrawal with codes from the email and Google Authenticator. Without identity verification, the exchange lets you withdraw up to 20,000 USDT a day. Below you'll find a step-by-step guide, network fees as of October 2026, what locks withdrawals for 24 hours and how to avoid losing coins over a memo or the wrong network.

What to check before you withdraw

  • Your own wallet on the right network. The coins should go to an address whose keys you hold. If you don't have a wallet yet, start by reading up on custodial vs non-custodial wallets and which one to choose.
  • Two-factor protection. To withdraw, Bybit requires an email confirmation and a Google Authenticator code. The email code is valid for 5 minutes.
  • Leave your security settings alone. Changing your password, phone number or email, turning off Google Authenticator, changing your Fund Password, deleting a passkey or toggling the restriction on new withdrawal addresses locks withdrawals for 24 hours. The lock also covers internal transfers and P2P.
  • Available balance. Coins tied up in open orders can't be withdrawn. From Earn, only flexible savings can be withdrawn, and fixed-term ones only after the term ends. Bonuses can't be withdrawn.
  • Subaccounts. Coins on a subaccount first have to be moved to the main account: Transfer, then Across Subaccount(s).

You don't need to move coins to Funding in advance: the withdrawal page can draw on Funding, the Unified Trading Account (UTA) and Earn. But if you have open positions on the UTA, withdrawing from it raises your margin requirements and pushes up the risk of liquidation. Close the positions first or withdraw from Funding.

How to withdraw from Bybit on the website, step by step

  1. Click Assets in the top right corner and select Withdraw. You can also go through Funding Account, where every coin has its own Withdraw button.
  2. Choose the coin.
  3. Paste your wallet address, pick it from the address book or add a new one. If you want to swap the coin right away, paste the address that the no-KYC crypto exchange generated for your order.
  4. Select the network, the same one the recipient address belongs to. The fee is shown next to each network.
  5. Enter the amount or click All. The minimum appears once you pick a network, and on the right you can see how much of your daily and monthly limit is left.
  6. Click Confirm, enter the code from the email and the Google Authenticator code, then click Submit.
  7. Track the status in Funding Account, under History, on the Withdraw tab. That's also where the TxID shows up, the transaction ID that lets you find it on the blockchain.

By default, Bybit deducts the fee from the amount you enter, so slightly less lands in your wallet. You can change this with the Set Up button next to the amount.

How to withdraw from Bybit in the app

  1. Open Assets at the bottom of the screen and tap Withdraw.
  2. Choose Crypto Withdrawal and the coin.
  3. Paste the address or scan your wallet's QR code.
  4. Select the network and enter the amount; the fee and the amount you'll receive appear right away.
  5. Confirm the withdrawal with the codes from the email and Google Authenticator.

The same screen offers Internal Transfer to another Bybit user's email, UID or phone number. It's instant and free, but both accounts must have passed identity verification, and the coins stay on the exchange.

Bybit withdrawal fees and minimums

Deposits to Bybit are free, while withdrawals carry a fixed fee. Bybit itself explains that the fee includes a higher payment to miners for the sake of speed, which is why it can be steeper than at other exchanges.

The figures come from Bybit's deposit and withdrawal status page as of October 18, 2026, so double-check them in the form before you withdraw. Bybit sends bitcoin only on the Bitcoin network, to addresses starting with bc1, 1 and 3. If you're not sure which address to use, take a look at our guide to bitcoin address types.

For USDT, the cheapest networks right now are TON and BEP20, but picking the wrong network costs far more than any fee: ERC20 and BEP20 addresses both start with 0x and look exactly alike. If a transfer has already gone astray, our guide on what to do if you sent USDT to the wrong network walks you through it.

How much you can withdraw without KYC

Bybit's help center, updated on October 6, 2026, says it plainly: users who haven't verified their identity are not barred from withdrawing as such. What's capped is the amount.

Verification levelPer dayPer month
no KYC20,000 USDT100,000 USDT
Standard1,000,000 USDTno limit
Advanced2,000,000 USDTno limit

Limits are counted in USDT equivalent, and the daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC. Without identity verification, crypto deposits, trading, Earn, P2P and Convert are all closed, so an unverified account is only good for taking out what's already sitting on it.

Why a Bybit withdrawal is stuck or fails

Bybit promises to process a withdrawal within 15 minutes, while its guide says up to 30 minutes or an hour, and longer when the network is busy. The statuses in your history mean the following:

  • Under Review — the withdrawal is being checked, and this is the only status in which you can cancel it;
  • Withdrawal In Progress — checked and waiting to be broadcast to the network;
  • Sent and Withdrawal Completed — sent and completed;
  • Pending Verification — you need to fill in the Travel Rule questionnaire right in your withdrawal history;
  • Rejected — rejected, and the reason usually arrives by email.

Most stuck withdrawals come down to one of three causes. The Travel Rule questionnaire hasn't been filled in. The system has flagged the recipient address as risky, in which case the withdrawal may be rejected and you may be asked for documents. Or Withdrawal Protection is on, with a delay you set yourself at some point. If the status says Completed but the coins haven't arrived, contact the receiving side and include the TxID.

Travel Rule: what Bybit asks when you withdraw to your own wallet

After you submit a withdrawal, Bybit may show a pop-up with questions. Where are the coins going, to an exchange or to a personal wallet? If it's a personal wallet, whose is it, yours or someone else's, and who is the recipient, an individual or a company, and under what name? You confirm your answer by ticking a box.

The preliminary check takes up to 30 minutes, or up to 48 hours in some regions, and a verified address won't be questioned again for a while. For your own wallet, answer honestly that it's yours: the exchange asks so it knows who receives the funds, and the question doesn't block anything.

Memo and tag: XRP, XLM and coins on TON

  • Bybit withdraws XRP, XLM, XEM and XYM with a tag or memo. When sending to another exchange the tag is mandatory; for your own wallet it usually isn't needed.
  • The form may let a withdrawal through without a tag, but then any loss is on the user. If the system knows an address requires a tag, the withdrawal won't go out without one.
  • Sending USDT or GRAM on TON to another exchange? Check whether it needs a comment.

We've covered separately why an XRP, TON or XLM transfer doesn't arrive without a memo and how to get the money back.

Does Bybit work in Russia and Belarus?

As of October 16, 2026, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan are not on Bybit's official list of countries where it doesn't operate. That list includes the US, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Syria, Crimea and the areas of Ukraine outside Kyiv's control. Bybit's European subsidiary, Bybit EU, has not opened accounts for citizens of Russia and Belarus since the EU sanctions of October 2025, and in December 2025 Belarus's Ministry of Information restricted access to the exchange's website.

This week Bitget gave users from Russia and Belarus just a few days to withdraw, and we wrote about how Bitget is leaving Russia and Belarus. The country list can change with a single update to the user agreement. So the best moment to move your savings to your own wallet is before that email arrives, not after.

The 2025 hack: why keeping coins on an exchange is a risk

On February 21, 2025, about $1.5 billion in ether was drained from a Bybit cold wallet: the attackers tampered with the signing interface through a compromised computer belonging to a Safe developer. The FBI attributed the attack to North Korea, and it remains the largest crypto theft in history. Bybit kept withdrawals open for its customers at the time and, according to CEO Ben Zhou, covered the shortfall with loans and ether purchases.

Customers came through unharmed that time, but the exchange made the main point clear: coins on your balance are the exchange's promise to give them back. Coins at your own address need no such promise.

How to get Monero right away when Bybit doesn't list it

Bybit doesn't list Monero, so you can neither buy nor withdraw it there. If you're withdrawing USDT or bitcoin and want to keep part of your savings in a privacy coin, you don't need to swap it on another exchange.

At VertEXchange, swaps work without registration, email or phone number. You pick a pair, paste your wallet address and see the rate and the amount you'll receive before sending anything. The deposit address for your Bybit withdrawal is generated for your order, and the coins go straight to your address: the service doesn't hold them.

  • A fixed rate holds for about 15 minutes while the transfer is confirmed.
  • You can add a refund address, where the coins will go back if the swap doesn't go through.
  • Personal fields of an order are deleted 24 hours after it's completed, and your swap history is stored only in your browser.
  • Support chat is available on every page, and questions are handled by your swap code.

Stablecoins are what people withdraw from exchanges most often, and in that case it's convenient to exchange USDT TRC20 for Monero without registration, while those withdrawing on the cheap TON network may prefer to swap USDT TON to bitcoin.

FAQ

Can you withdraw from Bybit without KYC in 2027?

Yes. According to Bybit's help center, without identity verification you can withdraw up to 20,000 USDT a day and up to 100,000 USDT a month in equivalent. Deposits, trading and P2P are closed without KYC.

Why is my Bybit withdrawal locked for 24 hours?

That's the protection that kicks in after a change to your security settings: password, phone, email, Google Authenticator, Fund Password, passkey or the restriction on new addresses. After 24 hours withdrawals reopen on their own.

How long does a Bybit withdrawal take?

Usually up to 15–30 minutes, longer when the network is congested. If a withdrawal is stuck in Pending Verification, fill in the Travel Rule questionnaire in your withdrawal history.

Which network should I choose to withdraw USDT from Bybit?

The one the recipient address belongs to. On fees, TON and BEP20 are the cheapest, followed by Solana, ERC20 and TRC20, but a network mistake costs more than any fee.

Does Bybit have Monero?

No. To get XMR, withdraw USDT or bitcoin and swap it for Monero with the payout going straight to your address.

Do I need to move coins to Funding before withdrawing?

No. Bybit lets you withdraw from Funding, the Unified Trading Account and flexible Earn directly from the withdrawal page. Withdrawing from the unified account while positions are open is risky, since it raises the liquidation risk.

Swap in minutes, no sign-up

No email, no account: enter your wallet address, send your coins and get the new ones straight to it.
