About Cardano

Cardano (ADA) is a proof-of-stake blockchain with smart contracts. ADA pays network fees, is delegated to stake pools and is used to vote on protocol changes; a block comes roughly every 20 seconds.
Cardano is often bought straight into your own wallet to delegate to a stake pool and earn rewards: delegated coins are not locked and stay at the owner's address.
A Cardano payment address starts with addr1 and is usually 103 characters long: it also includes the part used for delegation. There are shorter addr1 addresses without that part, about 58 characters, and they receive ADA too. A stake1 address is a reward address, and a regular transfer cannot be sent to it. Old Byron-era addresses start with Ae2 or DdzFF; the network accepts them, but some services do not.
Every transaction output on Cardano must hold a minimum amount of ADA — about 1 ADA for a plain transfer and more if tokens travel with it. So a very small amount cannot be sent, and a wallet sometimes will not let you leave a remainder below that minimum at the address.
Cardano needs no memo for exchange deposits: exchanges give each user a separate address. A transaction can carry metadata, but swaps do not use it.
A block comes roughly every 20 seconds. Recipients usually wait for 5 to 15 confirmations, which takes a few minutes. The fee is paid in ADA, usually a fraction of one ADA, and depends on the transaction size.
ADA also exists as a token on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20): the address there starts with 0x and fees are paid in BNB. An addr1 address does not work for it, and the BEP20 token cannot be delegated to a Cardano stake pool.

The receiving address must be on the same network you chose in the form. An address from another network won't work — the transfer will fail.

Every transaction output on Cardano must hold a minimum amount of ADA — about 1 ADA, or more with tokens. The network rejects a transfer below that minimum.
No. A stake1 address is for delegation rewards, and a regular transfer cannot be sent to it. To receive, use an addr1 address from the same wallet.
Choose the coins, networks and amount. The service compares available offers so you can select a route and enter your receiving address. Review the terms, create the exchange and send funds to the provided address on the specified network. Processing is automatic, and you can track the exchange with its code in the same interface, without registering.
Open support on the site and provide your exchange code. This lets us find the transaction, check its stage and help with a delay, an error or the terms of a possible refund. Keep your code and transfer details. No account is needed to contact us; never send private keys or a seed phrase.
